The 264^th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee of the Bank. Among others the Director of the Bank & Member of the Committee Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Khandaker Sakib Ahmed and the Independent Director Mr. Ekramul Hoque participated in the meeting. The Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
