Mrinal Tangail Correspondent: A workshop on the implementation of the Right to Information Act, 2009 was held in Tangail. On Monday, November 24th, in the morning, the Chief Guest, Jahida Parveen, Secretary of the Coordination and Reform Division, joined virtually and delivered a speech. The workshop was chaired by the District Commissioner, Sharifa Haque, and was conducted by Muhammad Sadikur Rahman, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Cabinet Division, and Joint Secretary Dr. Mohammad Ashraful Alam.

The workshop was organized by the Cabinet Division and supported by the Tangail District Administration. The concluding speech was given by the Additional District Commissioner (General), Sanjoy Kumar Mohanto.

Present at the event were Civil Surgeon Dr. Faraji Mohammad Mahbubul Alam Manju, Executive Engineer Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Upazila Executive Officer Shahin Mia, Additional Superintendent of Police (DSB) Kazi Shahnewaz PPM, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Sharmin Sultana, Nusrat Jahan, and TMA Mukit, among others.
