BADC officials are struggling to handle the rush of visitors from morning to dusk. Shamim Ahmad, Deputy Director of Good and Oilseeds Production Center, said that this project was mainly undertaken to encourage sunflower cultivation through the production of sunflower seeds, distribution among farmers at fair prices and modern technical training of Krishnavads. You know the oil produced from sunflower seeds is very good in quality. It contains protein, carbohydrates and water. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, this oil is also low in cholesterol. It has a lot of commercial demand in the world market due to its effectiveness in the prevention of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, and cancer prevention. Besides, because of the high Omega-3, Omega-6 fatty acids, Mustifen plays a vital role in development and function. Assistant Accounts Officer of BADC said that every day visitors from Pabna Hara and surrounding districts are gathering to see the beautiful flower garden.
