Shari`ah based Standard Bank PLC. signed an agreement with the country’s reputed IT company ERA Infotech Limited to implement Human Resource Information System `People Hub’. 

Mohon Miah, Managing Director & CEO (Current Charge) of Standard Bank and Abdul Mabud, CEO of ERA Infotech signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations in a signing ceremony held at the Bank’s Head Office on Thursday.

With ‘People Hub’, Standard Bank will be able to more efficiently manage all information of employees including performance appraisal. Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & COO; Sufi Tofail Ahamed, EVP & CITO; Masud Hasan, VP & Head of HRD of Standard Bank; Tawhidul Hoque, CTO of ERA Infotech and senior officials of both organizations were present on the occasion.
