BM Desk: To enhance customer service and ensure instant inter-banking transactions, Standard Bank PLC has launched the NPSB-IBFT (NPSB Inter Bank Fund Transfer) service. As the Chief Guest the honorable Chairman of the bank Mr. Mohammed Abdul Aziz formally inaugurated the service in a ceremony held at its Head Office on 02 September 2025. Managing Director Md. Habibur Rahman presided over the ceremony where Deputy Managing Director Md. Siddiqur Rahman along with senior executives of Head Office were present. Heads & Deputy Heads of all branches of the bank virtually joined the program through Zoom platform. Through NPSB-IBFT, customers can now transfer funds instantly with other banks, and vice versa, under NPSB- IBFT network nationwide. This milestone enhances convenience and accessibility of customers of Standard Bank in digital transactions.
