Southeast Bank PLC. recently inks deal for participating in Bangladesh Bank’s BDT5,000 crore Working Capital Refinance Fund for CMSME to promote employment generation and foster sustainable development. Under the scheme, Southeast Bank will facilitate working capital financing at preferential rate to eligible CMSMEs to enable them to operate at full capacity.

Md. Anis Ur Rahman, Deputy Governor remained present in the signing program as chief guest. Among others Nahid Rahman, Executive Director; Md. Zabdul Islam, Director, SMESPD of Bangladesh Bank and Md. Masum Uddin Khan, Deputy Managing Director; Mohammad Ashikuzzaman Khan, Executive Vice President & Head of SME and Agri-Credit Division of Southeast Bank PLC. also attended the program.
