A founder of Southeast Bank PLC, a publicly listed company, has declared the transfer of shares.
This announcement was made public by sources from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
As per the source, Iftekhar Azim Ahmed, the company’s founder, is set to transfer 200,000 shares to his son, Saleh Ahmed, who is a general shareholder of the company.
The entrepreneur plans to gift the shares outside of the exchange’s trading systems within the next 30 working days, effective from September 3.
