Sonali Bank PLC signed a deal with Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited to collect various fees and charges from Islami Bank digital wallet service ‘Selfin’ and mobile financial service ‘Mcash’ customers through online by using ‘Sonali Payment Gateway’ service. The signing ceremony was held at Sonali Bank head office conference room on 21 June, Wednesday.

After the signing, Sonali Bank PLC CEO & Managing Director Md. Afzal Karim and Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited Managing Director & CEO Mohammed Monirul Moula exchange the documents. Sonali Bank PLC general Manager Md. Nurun Nabi and Islami Bank Deputy Managing Director A. F. M. Kamaluddin sign the agreement on behalf their bank.

Among others, Sonali Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director Sanchia Binte Ali, Mir Mofazzul Hossain, Subhash Chandra Das, Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam, Parsoma Alam, Islami Bank Additional Managing Director Md. Altaf Hossain and other officials of both banks were present on the occasion.

Under the agreement, 27 lacs customer of Selfin and 8lacs customer of Mcash can pay their various fees and charges through online by using Sonali Bank payment gateway services stay at home.
