Sonali Bank PLC started distributing two thousands umbrellas among day laborers, especially rickshaw pullers to reduce their suffering from the current heat wave this summer across the country.
Chief Executive Officer of Sonali Bank PLC Afzal Karim inaugurated the activities under the Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) at Motijheel, in front of the Bank’s head office on Sunday. Among others, Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers of head office and employees were present on the program.
Sonali Bank PLC will distribute these umbrellas among day laborers in different places across the country including capital.
