Social Islami Bank opened five more agent banking outlets through virtual platform on Wednesday at its head office. Mr. Zafar Alam, Managing Director and CEO, inaugurated the outlets as the chief guest while Mr. Forkan Ullah, Deputy Managing Director, presided over the program. 

Mr. Abdul Hannan Khan & Mr. Habibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Directors, were present on the occasion.  Mr. Mashiur Rahman, Head of Agent Banking Division, delivered welcome speech at the event. Mr. Joynal Abedin, Head of BCD, and senior officials of head office were also present. Concerned Zonal Heads & Branch Managers, Agents, and local dignitaries also joined the program virtually.

Mr. Alam, MD & CEO, said that Social Islami Bank is now a bank of the mass people. We are providing our products & services at the doorsteps of the marginal people by opening agent banking outlets in the remotest parts in the country along with our branches & sub-branches. He also mentioned that Islamic Banking is a kind of banking system which is beneficial for all classes of people.
