The Executive Committee meeting of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee of Social Islami Bank was held on April 22, 2025, at the bank’s head office. The meeting was presided over by the Acting Chairman of the Shari’ah Supervisory Committee, Mufti Abdullah Masum.

Members of the Shari’ah Supervisory Executive Committee – Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam, Mufti Zubair Abdullah, and Mufti Abu Bakar Siddique Nabil – were present at the meeting. The Managing Director of the bank, Mr. Shafiuzzaman, also attended the meeting. The meeting was supported by the bank’s Vice President and Head of the Shari’ah Secretariat, Syed Joynul Abedin, along with SAVP Md. Nisar Uddin.

The committee reviewed various aspects of ensuring compliance with Islamic Shari’ah in the bank’s overall operations.
