Dhaka:
Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL) successfully concluded the raffle draw for its remittance campaign, held in collaboration with Western Union on Wednesday at the bank’s head office.
Zafar Alam, Managing Director and CEO of SIBL, graced the event as the chief guest. The program witnessed the announcement of Shahjalal, a remittance client of the bank’s Munshirhat Branch, as the lucky raffle winner.
Mohammad Habibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of SIBL, and Shihab Hasan, Regional Operations Manager, South Asia, for Western Union, were present as special guests. Joynal Abedin, Head of Branch Coordination Division (BCD) at SIBL, Mozharul Haque, Chief Remittance Officer, and senior officials from both organizations also attended the ceremony.
Adding a personal touch, Mr. Zafar Alam congratulated Mr. Shahjalal over the phone, expressing his appreciation for being a valued customer. He further encouraged Mr. Shahjalal to explore the bank’s diverse service offerings for himself, his family, and relatives.
