The 74th Board Meeting of SIBL Securities Limited-a subsidiary of Social Islami Bank PLC (a unit of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC), was held on 28 June 2026 at the Bank’s Head Office. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Md. Abul Bashar, Administrator of the Bank and Chairman of SIBL Securities Limited. Among others, Mr. Asadul Mustafa, Mr. Hammada Abdul Ati, Dr. Mohammad Bazlul Karim, and Ms. Rowson Akter, Directors of SIBL Securities Limited and Associate Administrators of the Bank, attended the meeting. Mr. Mohammad Shoeb, FCA, Chief Executive Officer of SIBL Securities Limited, was also present.
