Shonge Achi Foundation distributes Eid clothes to 1000 underprivileged Children

Foundation distributes Eid clothes to children and needy families in Dhaka and multiple districts

Shonge Achi Foundation, a government-registered voluntary organization (Reg. No.-Jh-13528/2021), has embarked on an initiative to distribute Eid clothes, in a heartwarming gesture to bring smiles to the faces of underprivileged children across Dhaka and various districts.

On Monday, the foundation took a special initiative and distributed Eid clothes to 200 street children right in front of Viqarunnisa School & College. The foundation distributed clothes to 1000 street children, including those with special needs, residing in Dhaka’s streets and various shelter homes.

The distribution event was graced by the presence of prominent figures from the foundation, including President Jasim Uddin Khan, Director Rizvi Newaz, and Advisor Senior District Judge (Retd.) Fawzul Azim. Additionally, Professor Abdur Razzak Khan from the Dhaka University Journalism Department also attended the event, emphasizing the importance of such charitable initiatives.

The charitable endeavors of Shonge Achi Foundation were not limited to Dhaka alone. They extended their reach to various districts, ensuring the festive spirit reached the most vulnerable. Eid clothes were distributed among helpless women, men, and children in areas including Kanchpur of Narayanganj, Joypurhat, Kaliganj of Gazipur, Nalchity of Jhalokathi, and Char Sajai Union of Kurigram.

This noble act by the Shonge Achi Foundation reflects their commitment to making Eid a joyous occasion for everyone, especially those who often feel left out during the festive season.
