The 384th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman & Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.
Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
