In order to provide modern technology based banking services to all classes of people of the society, Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC inaugurated it’s Airport Road Branch (142nd Branch) at Banani (Road No.-11, Tower B-11, 1st & 2nd floor, House No-43, Block-F, Banani, Dhaka) in the capital city Dhaka.
The Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus formally inaugurated the Branch as chief guest while the Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed presided over in the opening program. The Director of the Bank and Chairman of the Bank Foundation Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, the Directors of the Bank Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed and Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman were present as special guest in the program.
Among others The Additional Managing Director of the Bank Mr. Imtiaz U. Ahmed, the Deputy Managing Director Mr. M. M. Saiful Islam, the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar, the CFO of the Bank Mr. Md. Jafar Sadeq, FCA, the manager of Dhaka Main Branch of the Bank Mr. Md. Ashraful Azim, the manager of Dhanmondi Branch Mr. F. M. Nawaz Ali, the manager of Mohakhali Branch Mr. Mahmudul Shamim Talukder, the manager of Banani Branch of the Bank Mr. A.K.M. Iquebal, the Head of different division of the Corporate Head Office, the managers from neighboring branches as well as customers & well-wishers of the Bank were present in the opening program.
The manager of Airport Road Branch of the Bank Mr. Shamsul Arifin Ferdose delivered welcome speech in the program. The In-charge of Public Relations Division & Bank Foundation of the Bank Mr. K. M. Harunur Rashid moderated in the program. the CEO of Wan IT Bangladesh Mr. Azharul Islam (Ronok) deliverded speech among the customers.
In his speech the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Mr. Mohammed Younus said “Shahjalal Islami Bank has been providing all kinds of modern banking services to its customers.
