The 379th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the Board Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Mr. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque & Mrs. Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform) were also present in the meeting.
Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
