The 376th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on Wednesday at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. A. K. Azad, MP. The Board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus and Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque & Mrs. Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed were also present in the meeting.
Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary (CC) of the Bank Mr. A. H. M. Ashraf Uddin were also present in the meeting.
