The 396^th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus, the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.  Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
