On Sunday, July 13 2025, a luncheon and Bi-lateral meeting was hosted by Mr. YBhg Dato’ Nathan K. Suppiah, Chairman of the Malaysian National Shippers Council at Melia Hotel in Kuala Lumpur in honor of the visiting 8 (eight) member delegation led by Md. Rezaul Karim, Chairman of the Shippers Council of Bangladesh.
The meeting discussed about opportunities for cooperation in the interest of exporters and importers of both regions, trade facilitation, shipping and port connectivity, cost structure as business leaders from their respective countries.
Senior Vice Chairman Md. Ariful Ahsan; Vice Chairman Ganesh Chandra Saha and Directors : Arzu Rahman Bhuiyan; Syed Md. Bakhtiar; Md. Nurussafa Babu; Ziaul Islam; Ataur Rahman Khan & Lokapriya Barua were present at the meeting.
