Samad-Fawzia Foundation provides scholarships to 50 students

Samad Fauzia Foundation recently awarded Scholarships to 50 Poor and Meritorious Students of Kusumkali School, founded in 1985 by legendary women leader Begum Fauzia Samad, former president of Dhaka Ladies Club.

State Minister of Women and Child Affairs Simeen Hossain Rimi MP was present as the chief guest in the program Presided over by Anisa Haque, President of Dhaka Ladies Club at Fawzia Samad Central Hall. Sabrina Samad, Founder and Chairperson of Samad Fawzia Foundation gave scholarships among the students.

Dhaka Ladies Club Social Welfare Secretary Neelu Bilkis Rahman is in charge of managing Kusumkali School. Club’s Former President Gulshan Anwara Haque, Mahbuba Kabir Rumjhum, Senior vice President Prof. Shabnam Sultana and General Secretary Manwara Tahir delivered important speeches on the occasion.
