Renata PLC, a company listed on the stock market, has declared a dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2025. For the year under review, the company will pay a 55% cash dividend to its general shareholders.
The decision was made at a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Monday (October 27) after reviewing and approving the audited financial statements for the latest financial year, according to company sources.
According to the sources, Renata’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) for the last financial year stood at Tk 19.36, compared to Tk 31.53 per share in the previous year.
As of June 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 305.49.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, December 20, at 11:00 a.m. through a digital platform. The record date for the AGM has been set for November 17.
