The Board of Directors of Reliance Insurance, listed on the stock market, has announced a 30% cash dividend for shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, according to company sources.
The company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 8.42 for the year, while the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 75.43 as of December 31.
The proposed dividend and other agenda items will be presented for approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 30. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set for March 31.
