The government has initiated the process of requesting Interpol to issue red notices for the Managing Director (MD) of TNZ Group and Roar Fashion Limited, as well as the Chairman and Managing Director of Dard Group. This action is based on various legal cases filed by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

This announcement was made by the Ministry of Labor and Employment on Monday, September 1.

According to the ministry, a letter has been dispatched to Interpol requesting red notices for Shahadat Hossain Shamim, the Managing Director of TNZ Group, Ittemad Ud Daulah, the Chairman of Dard Group, Nabil Ud Daulah, the Managing Director of Dard Group, and Mamunul Islam, the Managing Director of Roar Fashion Limited.

The ministry confirmed that the request letter, which was signed by the Additional Inspector General (NCB) of the Police Headquarters, has been sent to Interpol authorities. This initiative aims to ensure the recovery of workers’ rightful dues, address the negligence of the owners, and facilitate the return of the accused individuals who have been residing abroad for an extended period.
