Recharge facility for bKash payments without PIN on Robi-Airtel app

Customers can now effortlessly pay for talk-time, internet, and various services through the My Robi and My Airtel applications without needing a PIN, simply by linking their bKash accounts.

Furthermore, users can directly purchase their preferred Robi ‘Easy Plan’ and Airtel ‘My Pack’ from the bKash app.

In addition, a new feature has been introduced that allows users to open a bKash account directly from the My Robi app.

These advanced services aim to improve the convenience, security, and efficiency of customers’ digital experiences. By selecting bKash as their preferred payment method, customers can make payments automatically with digital consent (approval) through a single click, removing the need for PIN or OTP entry for each transaction.

Moreover, within the My bKash section of the bKash app, Robi and Airtel users can select their desired offers from Robi’s Easy Plan and Airtel’s My Pack options.

Robi customers can also conveniently open a bKash account directly from the My Robi app.

In the Service section of the My Robi app, a specific icon labeled bKash Registration is now available, streamlining the bKash customer registration process with just one click.

After completing the necessary verification and granting consent, the registration will begin.

Users will then need to finish the e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) process by following the outlined steps.
