Punak Family Day was celebrated in Bagerhat with colorful arrangements. District police and their family members participated in colorful arrangements throughout the day on Friday at the Bagerhat New Police Line Ground. During the day-long arrangement, children of police members participated in various fun events, there was a cultural competition for female police members and Punak members, besides providing delicious food, various programs, sports and joy were enjoyed by the police members. Later, a pleasant cultural program was organized in the night. Senior police officers, members of the district police, Punak members and dignitaries of the district enjoyed the cultural program. Later, prizes were distributed among the participants in various competitions.
The chief guest at these events throughout the day was Bagerhat Superintendent of Police Mohammad Touhidul Arif. Punak. Bagerhat President Shobha Arif presided over the event, and Bagerhat Additional Superintendent of Police (Sadar Circle) Shamim Hossain, DIO-1 Police Inspector Kazi Shahiduzzaman, Bagerhat Press Club President Md. Kamruzzaman, General Secretary Tarafdar Rabiul Islam, officers-in-charge of 9 police stations of the district, police members and Punak members and their family members were present. Later, prizes were distributed among the participants in various competitions.
