Pioneer Insurance reports a 9 percent decline in earnings

Pioneer Insurance Limited’s board of directors has published its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year (January ’25-March ’25). During this period, the company’s earnings per share decreased by 9.33 percent compared to the same quarter last year.

The board convened on Saturday, May 10, to review and approve these financial results, as reported by sources from the DSE.

The earnings per share for the first quarter were recorded at 1 taka 36 paisa, down from 1 taka 50 paisa in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Additionally, the company’s net asset value stood at 45 taka 97 paisa as of March 31, 2025.
