Dhaka, 11 December 2023: Md. Adil Hossain Noble has been appointed as the Managing Director and CEO of the newly formed subsidiary of Robi Axiata Limited, named, AxEnTec PLC.

AxEnTec has been formed with the aim of placing special emphasis on the growing market for high-tech digital solutions and services, such as, cloud services, data center services, AI, data analytics, blockchain, cyber security, ERP solutions, modern workplace solutions, IoT, etc. in Bangladesh and the global market.

The goal of AxEnTec is to establish itself as a one-stop IT solutions and services provider for corporate and SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) entities. AxEnTec plans to utilize Robi’s connectivity business to create ready-made and customized ICT-based business solutions for its clients. The company is committed to seeking collaboration opportunities with multiple partners to enhance the richness of its service offerings.

Md. Adil Hossain Noble was appointed as the Chief Enterprise Business Officer in June, 2019. He joined Robi in October, 2014, as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Business.

Noble has over two decades of rich professional experience in Enterprise business domain with special focus on ICT based business solution sales and marketing. Prior to joining Robi he worked with Airtel Bangladesh and Coats Bangladesh Limited.

He holds Master’s in Management and MBA along with extensive training in sales and marketing from world renowned institutions. Among them, the Leadership Program from Harvard Business School Executive Education and the Leadership in Digital Age program from INSEAD are specially noteworthy.
