the 174th board meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held recently through virtual platform. The meeting was chaired by Mr. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of
Nitol Insurance Company Limited, Vice-President of the Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA).

Also present at the meeting were Vice-Chairman Mr. Zobair Humayun Khandakar, Director Mrs. Naeema Hoque, Mr. Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Mrs. Nazme Ara Husain, Mr. Murad Hossain Ripon, Independent Director Mr. Mamunur Rashid, FCMA, and Mr. Shoherab Ali Khan, FCMA, CEO, Mr. S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO, Mr. Altaf Hossain, and Head of Internal Audit; Compliance Officer Mr. Liakat Hossen, FCMA. It was proposed in the meeting to provide a 10.50% cash dividend for the investors of the year 2023.

In the meeting the said board determined the record date as May 19, 2024, Sunday, and the 25th Annual General Meeting will be held on June 27, 2024, Thursday, at 11:00 am on a digital platform.
