NCC Bank organized a daylong training titled “Skill Development on CMSME Financing ” for its officers at the Bank’s Training Institute recently. M. Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the training program as chief guest. 

Mahbub Alam & Rafat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Directors, Mohammad Ridwanul Hoque, Head of Retail & SME Business, Syed Hasnain Mamun, Head of Human Resources Division, Sharif Mohammad Mahsin, Head of SME and Dr. Syed Zaved Salehuddin, FAVP of Training Institute were also present on the occasion. A total of 50 Relationship Officers (RO) and Relationship Managers (RM) were participating in this training program.

Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank highlighted the importance of CMSME financing in the banking business and mentioned the contribution of the CMSME sector to the economic development of the country. He hoped that NCC Bank would play a leading role in the CMSME financing for developing this sector in line with the guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
