To strengthen employee welfare, financial protection, and future security, NCC Bank has signed a group insurance agreement with MetLife Bangladesh. Under this, employees will receive three levels of coverage life insurance, hospitalization, and critical illness. The initiative aims to provide financial support in the event of unexpected life and health risks.

Recently, at a ceremony, M. Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of NCC Bank and Ala Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MetLife Bangladesh, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at a ceremony held recently. Among others, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman FCA, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Rishad Hossain, Head of Human Resources, and Shahin Akter Nuha, Head of Transaction Banking & Cash Management of NCC Bank and Md. Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director & CDO, Ala Uddin, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Assistant Managing Director & CCBO of MetLife Bangladesh along with other high officials from both the organizations were also present on the ceremony.
