Listed company National Feed Limited has published its unaudited financial statements for the second quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The company’s board approved the financial statements at its meeting held on January 31, according to a company disclosure.

For the October–December 2025 quarter, National Feed reported a loss of Tk 0.03 per share, compared with earnings of Tk 0.14 per share in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

For the first six months of the financial year (July–December 2025), the company posted a loss of Tk 0.11 per share, slightly higher than the Tk 0.10 loss per share recorded in the same period a year earlier.

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 10.98.
