On the occasion of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu’s birthday the Narayanganj district administration organized a colorful program on Sunday.  Children artists performed dances and songs and recited poems at the day-long event, held at the premises of the DC Office.

The Deputy Commissioner Mohammod Mahmudul Hoque , District Police Super Golam Mostafa Russel, Civil Surgeon, Dr, .A F M Mushiur Rahman,  district Awami League president and general secretary, and other distinguished persons spoke at the program,
In his speech, the Deputy Commissioner said, the young people should know the true life story of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu and they should present that to the society. District Police Super Golam Mustafa Russell said that Bangabandhu’s wisdom and talent are exemplary for us. Dr. A F M Mushiur Rahman said Bangabandhu achieved independence winning fear of being suppressed by the Pakistanis.

AL leader, Abdul Hai said that the nation is valued today because of Bangabandhu’s courage and bravery.  AL leader, Abul Hasanat Badal also spoke among others.
