Abu Neyam Howlader, a director of listed Nahee Aluminium Composite Panel PLC, has announced plans to transfer 1.2 million shares he owns in the company to his wife, Maria Islam, as a gift.
The information was disclosed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to the DSE, Maria Islam is already a general shareholder of the company. The shares will be transferred outside the DSE trading system as a gift within the next 30 working days.
The transfer announcement will take effect from November 3, 2026.
