The boards of directors for Monospool Bangladesh and Magura Multiplex, both listed on the capital market, have made the decision to acquire new machinery to enhance their production capacity.

The board of Monospool Bangladesh, which is listed on the stock market, has resolved to purchase new machinery to boost production capacity. The company plans to acquire hot stamping machines, inkjet lithography machines, Miyakosi A4 cutting machines, and 6TPH steam green broilers using its own funds. The board believes that this investment will positively influence the company’s revenue and profits.
Similarly, the board of directors of another listed entity, Magura Multiplex, has also decided to invest in new machinery to expand production capacity.
The company intends to buy KBA machines, rewinder machines, folding gluing machines, die cutting machines, foil stamping machines, single color printing machines, folding machines, and swing machines, all funded through its own resources.
The acquisition of this machinery is expected to enhance the production of packaging materials, printed products, carton boxes, cutting materials, and more. The board of directors is confident that this will positively affect the company’s income and profitability.
