Mr. Mohammad Al-Amin has recently been promoted to the rank of Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of The Premier Bank PLC. Prior to this elevation, Al-Amin served as Senior Executive Vice President & Head of CRM.
Mr. Al-Amin joined the Bank on June 21, 2023. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in driving the Bank’s business development, demonstrating exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and profound expertise in Credit Risk Management.
Al-Amin began his banking career at Prime Bank PLC in 2002 and brings a wealth of experience from his 23-years career in both the Head Office and frontline banking. His expertise spans various disciplines, including relationship management across diverse customer segments, Branch Banking, Corporate Banking, Syndication, and Medium Commercial Supply Chain Risk Management.
Al-Amin completed his B.Sc and M.Sc from Dept. of Biochemistry, University of Dhaka. He also earned his MBA in Finance from Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous local and international training programs, workshops and seminars.
