The board of directors of MJL BD, listed on the stock market, has decided to buy shares of Omera Petroleum. This information was revealed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
MJL BD will buy a total of 27,747,917 shares of Omera Petroleum at Tk 21.80 per share. The total value of which will be Tk 600,490,000.
After the purchase of those shares with the approval of the regulatory body, MJL BD will own 75% of Omera Petroleum.
