Mercantile Bank holds training on ‘Information & Cyber Security’

Mercantile Bank organized a day-long training course titled “Awareness Training on Information & Cyber Security” at its Training Institute in Dhaka recently. A total of 53 officials participated in the training. 

Mati Ul Hasan, Additional Managing Director & CRO of the bank inaugurated the program. In his inaugural address Mati Ul Hasan advised participating officers to strictly adhere with the cyber security guidelines in all areas of banking operations. 

The training sessions were conducted by Mahbubur Rahman Alam, Associate Professor of Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) along with the officials from Information Security and Governance Division of Mercantile Bank. Javed Tariq, Principal of Training Institute moderated the inaugural session. Faculties of the training institute Shahin Akther and Muhammad Miaraz Hossen Gazi facilitated the day-long training program.
