Meghna Petroleum has signed an agreement with United Lube Oil.

Listed energy and power sector company Meghna Petroleum Limited has decided to sell lubricants along with fuel oil. In this regard, an agreement was signed with a company named United Lube Oil on last Sunday.

According to sources, under the discussed agreement, Meghna Petroleum Limited will sell United Lube Oil Limited’s imported ‘Petronas’ brand lubricants through petrol pumps across the country.

In the meeting, of the board of directors of Meghna Petroleum Limited held last June 12, it was decided to sell Petronas brand lubricants by signing an agreement with United Lube Oil Limited to expand the business. In the light of that decision, the agreement discussed between the two organizations was signed today.

It is said that the company can make a profit of one and a half crore taka annually from the sale of the lubricant in question.
