Raihan Ahmed, Mymensingh : Keeping in mind the slogan ‘Workers and employers united, we will build this country anew’, the Great May Day and National Occupational Health and Safety Day 2025 were celebrated in Mymensingh. A colorful rally was held in front of the Deputy Commissioner’s office on the occasion of May Day. Later, a discussion meeting and cultural program were organized by the District Administration and Labor Department at 10 am on the occasion of the Great May Day at the Mymensingh Advocate Tarek Memorial Auditorium.

Md. Mokhtar Ahmed, Divisional Commissioner, Mymensingh, was present as the chief guest at the event.
