B Mirror Report: LankaBangla Securities Limited, a company listed on the stock exchange’s Alternative Trading Board (ATB), has decided not to declare any dividend for investors for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, despite an increase in profit.
The decision was taken at a board meeting held on Tuesday (May 19), where the financial statements for the year were also approved. The information was disclosed on Wednesday (May 20) through the ATB platform of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
According to the financial report, the company’s consolidated earnings per share (EPS) rose to Tk 0.50 in 2025 from Tk 0.43 in the previous year, indicating a modest improvement in profitability. However, the company had also not declared any dividend for the previous year.
The net asset value per share (NAVPS) increased to Tk 16.91 as of December 31, 2025, compared to Tk 16.11 a year earlier.
In contrast, the company’s cash flow position weakened during the year. Consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) declined sharply to Tk 0.61 in 2025 from Tk 1.45 in the previous year, indicating reduced cash generation from core operations.
The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held digitally on July 23 at 11:00 am, with the participation link to be announced later. The record date for dividend-related purposes has been set for June 18.
