Listed multinational cement company LafargeHolcim (Bangladesh) plc has declared 19 percent final cash dividend to shareholders. This information is known from the company source.

Earlier, on October 21 last year, the company had declared a 19 percent interim dividend for shareholders, which has already been distributed. The company has declared a total of 38 percent cash dividend including the interim dividend for the outgoing fiscal year.

Lafarge’s earnings per share (EPS) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 was Tk 3.29. In the previous fiscal year, EPS was Tk 5.12.

The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 16.1 as on December 31, 2024.

The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on the digital platform on May 8 at 3 pm. The record date for this has been set for April 9.
