Karnaphuli Insurance PLC successfully held its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, July 09, 2026 on Digital Platform.
The Hon’ble Chairman Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Vice-Chairman Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Director Riaz Uddin Ahmed, Raquiba Banu, Sabita Ferdushi, Dilruba Sharmin, Umme Khadiza Meghna, Independent Directors Md. Hafizullah and Mahbuba Hossain were present on the occasion. Chief Executive Officer A.N.M. Fazlul Karim Munshi, Chief Financial Officer Md. Moin Uddin, ABIA, FCS and Company Secretary F.J.M. Hafiza Sultana were also present in the meeting. All the agenda have been approved by the shareholders.
Shareholders unanimously approved 10% cash dividend for the year 2025.
