Karmasangsthan Bank organizes Foundation Training Course

Karmasangsthan Bank organized the inauguration of the “Foundation Training” course for Officers, Assistant Officers, and Data Entry Operators on Saturday, 09 August 2025, at the Bank’s Head Office. Dr. A.F.M. Matiur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank and former Secretary to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, attended the event as the Chief Guest and officially inaugurated the course.

Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury and Deputy Managing Director Meher Sultana were present as special guests at the inaugural ceremony while General Manager by Mahmuda Yasmin presided over the inaugurated course. Principal of the Training Institute and Deputy General Manager A.K.M. Kamruzzaman was present at that time.

In his speech, the Chairman and Chief Guest urged participants to apply the knowledge gained from the training in their respective workplaces to help realize the core objectives of Karmasangsthan Bank. He also emphasized giving priority to new entrepreneurs in loan disbursement.

The Managing Director, in his remarks, encouraged participants to use the skills and knowledge acquired from the training to ensure superior customer service. He called for collective efforts to advance Karmasangsthan Bank as a service-oriented and sustainable institution.

The program was conducted by Md. Shafiul Alam Khan, Assistant General Manager of the Training Institute. Notably, a total of 40 participants, including Officers, Assistant Officers, and Data Entry Operators from various branches of the Bank, took part in this training course.
