The board of directors of listed JMI Syringes and Medical Devices has declared a cash dividend of 10 per cent on the business for the financial year 2023-24 for the shareholders.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for that fiscal year was Tk 1.29. And on June 30, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 86.66.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 23 for the approval of the shareholders along with the dividend declared by JMI Syringes. November 18 has been selected as the record date for shareholder determination.
