On Monday, July 14, the Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC, Md. Mujibur Rahman, launched the remittance payment initiative via the mobile financial service bKash at the bank’s headquarters. Present at the event were the bank’s Deputy Managing Director, General Manager, and relevant executive officers. Additionally, Vice President Syed Sheikh Ibn Jilani and other representatives from bKash were in attendance. This program allows for the immediate receipt of remittance funds on any day, including holidays.
