Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC, Md. Mojibur Rahman, inaugurated a 25-working-day training program titled “Foundation Course for Officers” (Batch: 5/26) on Saturday. The course has been organized by Janata Bank Staff College, Dhaka, with the participation of 50 senior officers of the bank. The training program aims to enhance the professional skills, knowledge, and efficiency of officers, contributing to improved banking services and institutional development. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Deputy General Manager (DGM) and In-Charge of Janata Bank Staff College, along with other executives and faculty members of the institution. Bank officials expressed hope that the course would play an important role in developing competent and skilled banking professionals capable of meeting the evolving demands of the financial sector.
