Janata Bank PLC has inaugurated its third sub-branch at the Rampal Thermal Power Plant in Bagerhat. The opening ceremony was held on Thursday, with Managing Director Md. Mojibur Rahman attending as the chief guest.
Also present as special guests were Ramnath Pujari, Managing Director of Bangladesh India Friendship Power Company Limited (BIFPCL); Project Director-in-Charge Abhishek Kumar; and DPD Md. Alauddin.
The inauguration program was presided over by GM-in-Charge of the Khulna Division, Abul Kalam Azad, and attended by the bank’s executives, officers, local businessmen, and prominent community members.
The new sub-branch aims to expand Janata Bank’s services in the Rampal area, providing convenient banking solutions for local residents, industrial personnel, and business communities associated with the thermal power plant.
