Janata Bank PLC held a meeting of its Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) at the bank’s head office, chaired by Managing Director Md Mojibur Rahman.
Deputy Managing Directors Kazi Abdur Rahman and Md Foyez Alam, along with general managers and concerned deputy general managers, were present at the meeting.
During the session, Managing Director Md Mojibur Rahman provided various directives based on the current situation, emphasizing strategies to increase low-cost deposits, auto challan services, and foreign remittances, as well as strengthening efforts to recover and reduce classified loans and intensifying the recovery of written-off loans, among other necessary measures.
