The meeting was chaired by the bank’s Chairman, Muh. Fazlur Rahman. Members of the board present included Directors Badre Munir Ferdous, Dr. Md. Abdus Sabur, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Abdul Awal Sarkar, Dr. Md. Shahadat Hossain, Md. Ahsan Kabir, Md. Kauser Alam, and Professor Dr. A. A. Mahbub Uddin Chowdhury.
The meeting was also attended by Managing Director Md. Mojibur Rahman, along with Deputy Managing Directors Kazi Abdul Rahman and Md. Fayez Alam.
During the session, discussions were held on various operational matters, including the recovery of classified non-performing loans and other key banking activities.
